New Consumer and Competition Law course
From 1 January 2011 the Trade Practices Act 1974 has been replaced by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. As part of this change, the consumer protection and unfair business practices laws have been expanded and reformed. They are now contained in a part of the Competition and Consumer Act known as the Australian Consumer Law. SAFETRAC have updated their former Trade Practices course to reflect this new legislation.
