NEW CEO APPOINTED AT SAFETRAC
SAFETRAC and Minter Ellison today announced that Deborah Coram has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SAFETRAC Pty Ltd, Minter Ellison's wholly owned legal compliance and training software company.
Launched by Minter Ellison in 1999, SAFETRAC is a market leader in online compliance services. It provides legal compliance, policy compliance, risk management and behavioural compliance training and testing products to major corporates and the public sector.
Ms Coram comes to SAFETRAC with more than 15 years experience working in Australia, the UK and United States in senior management roles in the legal technology service and software industries.
Most recently, Ms Coram was Managing Director of LDSI (UK) (now Cats Legal), a leading international legal document and litigation support service.
Minter Ellison International Managing Partner and SAFETRAC Board Chairman Mark Green said the addition of Ms Coram to the SAFETRAC management team would consolidate the company's market leadership and leverage new opportunities for the company.

Mr Green said the market for compliance services was strong as increasing levels of government and industrial regulation imposed a greater compliance burden on businesses both nationally and internationally.
