UK Anti-Competitive Conduct focuses on the UK Competition Act 1998 which outlaws anti competitive practices and the Enterprise Act 2002 which covers the criminal sanctions applied to individuals who dishonestly engage in cartel arrangements such as price fixing, limiting supply or production, market sharing or bid rigging.

SAFETRAC Non-Jurisdictional Courses provide organisations who have employees operating in multiple jurisdictions a best practice approach to compliance on a global scale.
