SAFETRAC wins 2006 FindLaw Web Site Awards

Sydney, 21st November 2006. SAFETRAC – Minter Ellison Lawyers has won the 2006 FindLaw Website Award for best large law firm web site. The other short listed firms in this category were Blake Dawson Waldron and TressCox Lawyers.

The FindLaw awards recognise excellence in Australian law firm web sites. Since they began in 2002, they have been hotly contested amongst Australia’s law firms who have been vying for the title of best web site amongst the 4 categories of competition; Small, Medium, Large and Best Australian Law firm web site.

The web sites are judged by volunteer judges from within the legal community who use a points system to mark site content, design and structure, use of search engines and online marketing techniques. This year there were 35 entrants to the competition.

Ross Patterson, Managing Director, SAFETRAC Pty Ltd and Partner, MinterEllison Lawyers accepted the award on behalf of the SAFETRAC team and Griffen Creative who helped to design the site. Many thanks also to Anna Smith, Van Eyk for kindly nominating the SAFETRAC web site to the competition.
