The SAFETRAC Insider Trading Program has been designed to provide organisations and their staff with an overview of the fundamental concepts underlying the prohibition on insider trading under the Corporations Act 2001.

It provides easy to understand explanations of insider trading, as well as useful case studies and outlines how both staff and organisations can mitigate the risk of breaching the prohibitions.
